To start, a quick post about something I've finally finished making after quite some time . . . an ambitious (for me) red creek jasper necklace. It used a lot of techniques I hadn't tried before, most of which I learned or modified from the book "Inspired Wire" by Cynthia Wuller.
All beads in the piece are red creek jasper-this is one of my new favorite beads because of the natural variations in the stones makes each one totally unique! You can still find nice matches for earrings, though.
